What does TEAMPLAY offer?Easy to use
Using Teamplay does not require anything but basic PC knowledge. A wizard helps you getting started. Teamplay is available in English, Swedish, Finnish and Norwegian. The user can also add a new language.Handles most team sports
Teamplay handles standings, playoff trees and player/team statistics in a way suitable for most team sports like soccer, ice hockey, ultimate frisbee etc.Automatic scheduling
Teamplay has built-in game order templates that can be customized. By entering participating teams and a game order template, Teamplay creates all games for you. The automatic scheduler divides the games on different arenas and proposes start time that guaranties a certain rest time for each team. It is also granted that no double bookings occur. A graphical arena booking overview can also be printed showing how the arenas are booked.Match records
The match record is available in different variants that can be printed and used as official match records during a tournament. An advantage is that they can be prepared and printed with player lists. Match data is entered into TEAMPLAY in the same format as the paper protocol. The members and referees registers are connected to the match protocol which makes entering of players, leaders and referees easy.Player and team statistics
Statistics is calculated from the match protocol data together with manually entered statistics as for example shots, face-offs and +/- goals. May of these, like for example power play and box play (ice hockey and floorball), is calculated automatically from the match occasions list. Statistics to be handled can be selected individually per selected sport. For soccer as an example, yellow and red cards can be selected.Register functions
Teamplay handles team/club register, members register, referees register and arena register. The member register has categories for players, leaders, families and passive members. These can also be divided into sub-categories as for example 'MEN', LADIES' or any user defined category. A selected category can be viewed and printed separately. The referees register uses the same functionality and has a connection to the members register for referees active in a club. Invoices for any kind of items can be created either for an individual member or club, or in batches. Articles are handled in a separate register where in-price, stock etc. is stored. A number of invoice templates are available for printing. Data can be imported and exported from TEAMPLAY in several different file formats.Internet support
A certain web-publishing function makes it very easy to create web pages. The look of these can be adjusted with font, colors and logos as you wish. The HTML-templates are based on so called stylesheets (CSS). Teamplay can generate a complete home page which apart from results pages also contains competition information, news etc. In Teamplay Web, news and info is entered on-line via your Internet browser.Stand-alone and Web application
Unique for Teamplay is that it is available both as a stand-alone program and as a web application. Many print options
Teamplay makes it easy to print standings, results, playoff trees, match records, address lists etc. Print-layouts can be modified in an integrated editor and new layouts can be added.
